Christos Alexandrou
Born in Germany and raised in Athens Greece. Received a BA in Music (and also the “Special Award of Artistic Achievement”, Deree College – Greece), attended an Advanced Course in Musical Theatre (Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts – London, UK).
At the same time studied singing with Nina Kaloutsa, Karen Solomon, Despoina Katsari. Modern Dancing and Latin with Charis Antachopoulou, Maria Nomikou, Paul Spicer, Jazz and Tap with Cindi Trent. Participated in a Musical Theatre Masterclass with the American Voices. Attended seminars in Jazz improvisation in London and studied dance with Paul Spicer, singing with Robert Bicknell and participated in kinesiology and mime seminars in Dublin.
Appeared in the theatrical productions: Annie (Broadway Theatre), Miserere (National Theatre), Blood Brothers (Broadway Theatre). He was invited to participate in a Showcase in London where he got excellent reviews. Played the leading role in Jason Robert Brown’s musical The Last Five Years (Jamie Wellerstein), as well as in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s musicals Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Joseph) and Jesus Christ Superstar (Jesus) and also in the musical revues From Hollywood to Broadway and America on Broadway (Pierce Theatre). He played the role of the Phantom in the promotional campaign of the movie The Phantom of the Opera by PROOPTIKI.
He has appeared in many TV specials and shows and co-hosted the Aqua Splash Show with Vlassis Bonatsos. In 2004 he was part of the creative team in the morning show OLE with Roula Koromila.
As a coach he has trained various performers and was the vocal coach in the production of Doctor In Spite of Himself (director Ioanna Xanthopoulou), and The Frogs by Aristophanes (director Magdalena Zira) in New York.
He is also teaching singing at the “Greek Cultural Center”.
As a singer he has participated in many shows, concerts and nightclubs and has recorded in various countries.

Tim Cryan, originally from Lowell MA, and a former resident of Providence RI, Tim presently parks his bike in Astoria. He is the Resident Lighting Designer for East River Commedia, Summer Stages Dance at Concord Academy and an Adjunct Professor in the Dance Department at Long Island University. Some of his recent design projects have included: The Magnificent Cuckold (dir. Paul Bargetto), You May Go Now, (dir. Geordie Broadwater), Fragment, Poetics-a ballet brut, Kasimir & Karoline, Three Sisters (dir. Pavol Liska) as well as performances by Diamanda Galas at Spiegeltent & Joe’s Pub. In addition he has collaborated with Choreographers: Jean Isaacs (Danspace Project) Juliana May (Joyce Soho), Virginie Mécène (Martha Graham Dance Ensemble), Dario Vaccaro (Joyce Soho), Bill Young/ Colleen Thomas (Lancaster, PA), Lauren Hale, Brook Notary, Irina Poulos, T. Lang, Edisa Weeks, Jeramy Zimmerman (Tisch, NYU) & is a Lighting Supervisor for the Martha Graham Dance Company, as well as Reggie Wilson / Fist & Heel Performance Group.

Erin Ghislin grew up dancing in the Chicago suburbs where she trained with Watmora Casey at the Faughbourg School of Ballet. There she performed classical ballets including Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, and Don Quixote as well as numerous original contemporary dance works. Erin then came to New York City to attend New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and graduated in May 2006 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance. While at NYU, Erin worked with and performed works by Karole Armitage, Merce Cunningham, Deborah Jowitt, James Martin, Cassandra Phifer, and Sean Curran including several student choreographers as well as creating her own work. Erin has also had the pleasure of dancing in Salzburg where she worked with Douglas Becker and Ellen Van Schuylenburch as well as in Montreal where she trained with Les Grand Ballet Canadienne and worked with Hélène Blackburn and her company Cas Public. Erin has held a scholarship at the Merce Cunningham Studio and danced with Bryan Hayes Dance. She currently dances with Beth Soll & Company, and ess/DanceWorks. Erin is making her debut with Oxymoros Dance Theater this coming season.
Marientina Gotsis is an artist, writer and technologist from Greece, currently residing in Los Angeles, California. Gotsis received her BFA in Photo/Film/Electronic Media and MFA in Electronic Visualization from the Electronic Visualization Laboratory at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She previously taught at Columbia College, Northeastern Illinois University, Harold Washington College and the University of Southern California.
During the past three years Gotsis has been directing infrastructure and contributing to research as the Media Lab Manager of the Interactive Media Division (IMD) at the School of Cinematic Arts at the University of Southern California. She has consulted for numerous small business companies, universities and not-for-profit organizations for the last twelve years and has published articles in the areas of virtual reality, pedagogical technology and education.
Gotsis is interested in the intersections of dance and technology as explored by her graduate thesis exhibition "INSIDE_OUT". This project consisted of live dance improvisations through a virtual reality application and an optical tracking system. She has produced the graduate thesis exhibition at IMD for the past three years, served as projectionist for choreographer Ginger Farley, performed in community theater and volunteered for the first Los Angeles Greek Film Festival. Past and present interests include women's issues, Pre-colombian art history, health advocacy, and personal narratives.
Kickplate is the beat-constructing, noise-sculpting alter ego of internationally known opera singer David Adam Moore. As a dj and composer/producer, he combines human and synthetic sounds to create a sonic playground in which heavy-handed rhythms, placid textures, abrasive electronics, and children's songs are equally at home.
George Kolias was born and raised in Cyprus. In 2001 he moved to Boston to study at Berklee College of Music. He graduated Cum Late, receiving a BA in Contemporary Writing and Production. In 2004 he moved to New York to start a career as a Music Composer and Sound Designer. He wrote and produced music and Sound designed for theatre, short films, feature films, documentaries, infomercials, commercials, independent projects/presentations, and songs. Currently he is working with ikseni productions as a music director and sound designer for the show “On 31 street” which is produced and broadcasted by Mega TV Network in Greece.
Irina Constantine Poulos was born in Athens, Greece where she trained in classical ballet. Upon her graduation from Athens College with a concentration in physics and sociology, she then attended the American College of Greece-Deree College, where she performed with the Deree Dance Company, and received her AAS and BA in Dance with Honors. Irina has danced the leading roles in Les Sylphides, Don Quixote, Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, Giselle, Pas de Quatre, The Dying Swan, Paquita, Copellia, Legend of Love and other ballets with the Alexei Feoktistov Dance Company. Irina holds an MFA in Choreography & Performance from the NYU-Tisch School of the Arts. In 2004 she brought into being the oXymoros Dance Theatre and co-founded the ANNEX group. Since then her work has been presented to d.um.b.o, Whitewave, Cool NY festivals for the past four years, Outside/ Input at the Ontological-Hysteric Theatre (Richard Foreman), Bessie Shoenberg Workshop (NYU), the Vortex Theater, Chashama's Oasis Festival, La MaMa for the New School of Education, Tisch School of the Arts-NYU for the Undergraduate Program of the Theater Department and the Target Margin Theater at the Kitchen.
Irina is currently chroreographing Aristophanes’ the Frogs, a production of the Greek Cultural Center. Subsequent to the complition of the performances at the GCC she has commited to develop a leading-edge Brooklyn Center for the Arts, which is to be known as ChoreoTheatro Center. Simultaneously, she is in the process of developing her first full evening work Unanswered Question which will premier on May 2, 2008 at Choreo Theatro Center.
Marita Poulou was born in Athens, Greece where she studied graphic design. Upon her graduation from Athens College with a concentration in art, she attended the ACTO School of Design. She later on got her B.F.A. in Design from Middlesex Univeristy. Marita has recently opened her own Sensyle Design and Events company in Athens, Greece where she is based.
Andreas C. Tselepos, comes from the Mediterranean island of Cyprus. He moved to New York where he received his BFA in Theatre Arts, Performance Sequence at Hofstra University in New York,studied under Richard Southern at the School for Film and Television and is now getting his MFA in Theatre Directing, at the New School for Drama (Actors Studio Drama School), in New York City. In 2002 and 2004he received the Distinguished Service Award for his outstanding participation in the Hofstra Theatre Productions of 'Stage Door' (David Kingsley), 'Romeo and Juliet' (Paris), 'Smile' (Tommy) and 'Hedda Gabler' (Lovborg). In 2003 he won the Best Actor Award for his work on Chebutykin in 'The Three Sisters'. His film work includes 'Rectifying','Dreaming of Society', 'Red Thursday' and 'All about Jack' winner of the New York Anthology Film Archives award. In the summer of 2004, his voice was given to the Discovery Channel International documentary 'Marathon'.
He is the founder and Director of Midas Touch Productions, based in Cyprus, with offices in London and New York, collaborating with 'The Old Vic' and touring the amphitheaters of Cyprus every Summer. he has produced such plays as 'Othello', 'Romeo and Juliet' with upcoming star Kate Maberly, 'The Merry Wives of Windsor' to name a few. His last production 'A Night at the Musicals', toured Cyprus last summer, to sold-out venues.
Some of his favorite directing credits include the original play 'The Falling Notes' (New York Premiere, May 12th 2006), 'Doyle & Son(s), 'Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf', 'Love Me, Margaret' (New York Premiere, May 11th2007) and 'The Trojan Women'. His last directing work was Harold Pinter's 'Old Times', at 59E59 Street Theatres and Yianni Xanthouli's childrens play 'Climb the rooftop and taste the Clouds'.
Born in Odessa - former USSR, Victoria (Vita) Tzykun grew up in Tel-Aviv, Israel.
In the year 2000, she completed her BFA in Theater Design at Tel-Aviv
University and in 2002, moved to New York City, where she earned an MFA in
Design for Stage and Film at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts.
Since her arrival to the US, Vita has designed sets and costumes for film, theater, and dance.

Vita is currently working on production designing the feature film “Motherhead” directed by Leslie Shearing and two original shorts: “All of your problems swept under the rug” directed by Nicole Michaelis and “Self Defense” directed by Sarna Lapine (all to be released in 2008).
Her Art Direction credits include commercials for brands like VOLVO and AXE.
Selected credits for Graphic design include digital collages for projections for the productions of “Mazeppa” at the Metropolitan Opera and “Distracted” at Mark Taper Forum.

Magdalena Zira received a BA in Classics from Oxford University, where she focused on the study and performance of classical theatre in her academic work as well as in practice. She also holds an MA in Drama from King’s College, London and an MFA in Directing from the University of California-Irvine. In New York she has recently directed the world premier of Rebecca Tourino’s The Naked Eye Planets at the Chernuchin Theatre, American Theatre of Actors and Euripides’ Hecuba at NYU/TSOA at the Experimental Theatre Wing. Other directing credits: Paula Vogel’s Hot ‘n’ Throbbing at The Chance Theatre, Chekhov’s The Seagull, Aeschylus’ Agamemnon, Ford’s Tis Pity She’s a Whore, Atkins’ Vita and Virginia at UC-Irvine, April de Angelis’s Playhouse Creatures (translated into Greek and adapted) at Theatro tis Anixis in Athens, Greece, Dekker’s The Honest Whore at RADA, London. She has also worked both in New York and regionally as Assistant Director, most recently with Kate Whoriskey on Camille (Bard Summerscape Festival) Caucasian Chalk Circle and The Clean House (South Coast Repertory Theatre), with Timothy Douglas on Love’s Labor’s Lost (Utah Shakespearean Festival) and Pericles (Juilliard), with Cathleen Conlin on A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Utah Shakespearean Festival), and on the US premier of Hitchcock Blonde with Terry Johnson (South Coast Repertory Theatre). She has also worked as dramaturg on Caryl Churchill’s Far Away, at the Chance Theatre, directed by Trevor Biship (The Chance Theatre) and on April De Angelis Playhouse Creatures directed by Amanda McRaven (The Nixon Theatre). Before coming to the US she worked with theatre professionals and students in Greece and Cyprus. Productions abroad include Our Country’s Good and Donizetti’s opera Caterina Cornaro. She currently acts as an advisor to the director of the European Cultural Center of Delphi, in Greece, devoted to contemporary productions of classical drama from around the world. Upcoming projects include a production of Aristophanes’ Frogs at the Greek Cultural Center in New York in October 2007 and a participation in the XIII International Ancient Greek Drama Symposium in Delphi, Greece in July 2007. She is a member of Coyote Rep, a New York-based theatre company dedicated to producing new work, for both stage and radio/pod-casting. Zira received a grant from the Alexander Onassis foundation in 2003 to continue her studies in theatre.
